Allison Field, the Owner and Principal Consultant of Field Consulting, holds an undergraduate degree from Concordia University in Montreal and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan. She spent six years working for the federal government in Ottawa before returning to Saskatchewan to settle down and start a family.
Since then, Ms. Field has gained experience in the agriculture, transportation, and energy sectors, previously serving as Director, Communication and Government Relations, for the Western Canadian Short Line Railway Assocaiton. Ms. Field also taught for several years as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan's Edwards School of Business.

Prior to joining Field Consulting, Mr. Yackulic was Vice President, Exploration at Denison Mines, where he led exploration efforts after joining the company in 2020. Before that, he spent 12 years at Cameco Corporation in various roles, including leading the exploration team that discovered the Fox Lake uranium deposit, which was successfully advanced from discovery to a published resource estimate in just two years.
Mr. Yackulic holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan, is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS), and is a Qualified Person in accordance with the requirements of NI 43-101. He is currently enrolled in the Master of Business Administration program at Edwards School of Business.

Diane Martens has 15 years of experience in mining, 12 years with a multi-national, senior company, and three years with a junior. Prior to mining, she spent four years working for the federal government in research and policy.
Diane's experience includes regulatory approvals and compliance, socioeconomics including benefit agreements, engagement, environmental assessments, and decommissioning. She has a Master of Science in Environmental Assessment from McGill University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.

Kyle Roerick holds a Master of Arts in History and a Bachelor of Social Science (Joint Honours) in History and Political Science from the University of Ottawa. His academic work focused on Canada-U.S. trade relations and Canadian foreign policy.
Kyle has more than 15 years of experience across federal government, academic, and scientific environments. He began his career with Service Canada and the Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade before moving into communications, publishing, and consulting roles. He has worked with Canada's three federal granting agencies (NSERC, SSHRC, and CIHR), as well as research centres and individual researchers across Canada.
Kyle specializes in helping clients communicate complex policy, scientific, and technical information accurately and effectively. He is particularly skilled at identifying gaps, inconsistencies, and areas of ambiguity in communications and documentation, helping organizations develop clear, coherent materials that support informed decision-making.

Heidi Esau is an Assistant Professor of Economics at the University of Calgary and holds a Master of Science degree in Finance. She has many years of experience conducting quantitative analyses, researching market conditions, and modelling.
Previous to her position with the U of C, Ms. Esau was a Faculty and Sessional Lecturer at the University of Saskatchewan and a Senior Fund Accountant in Bermuda for BISYS Hedge Fund Services Ltd. (Citigroup).
